This year, Reflexis, now a Zebra company, sponsored a survey to understand the differences between issues and challenges in North America and Europe. The survey specifically targeted the impacts of COVID-19 in branch banking, highlighting three specific areas: Branch Scheduling; Branch Execution Efficiency; and Branch Communications. The pandemic’s downsides included hits to scheduling efficiency and employee satisfaction – but on the upside, there was an increase in digital adoption and mobility.
