CBA Announces Kyle Glenn as New Head of Legislative Affairs
WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Consumer Bankers Association (CBA) today announced that Kyle Glenn has joined the organization as Senior Vice President, Head of Legislative Affairs. In his new role, Glenn will lead the association’s advocacy efforts on Capitol Hill, helping to advance sound banking policy.

In a new statement on Glenn’s hire, CBA President and CEO Lindsey Johnson said:

With deep experience in government and across the private sector, Kyle brings a strong understanding of the financial policy environment and a proven track record of delivering results. Glenn joins CBA with more than 15 years of public policy experience, including senior positions at the Futures Industry Association and on Capitol Hill. Commenting on today’s announcement, Glenn said:

Kyle Glenn is a veteran public policy strategist with over 15 years of experience navigating the intersection of government, finance, and regulation. Glenn brings a proven track record of leadership in both the public and private sectors, with expertise in legislative strategy, regulatory affairs, and stakeholder engagement.
Before joining CBA, Glenn served as Vice President of U.S. Government Relations at the Futures Industry Association (FIA), where he led the organization’s outreach to Capitol Hill, federal regulatory agencies, and key industry policymakers.
Previously, Glenn spent nearly a decade on Capitol Hill, including serving as Chief of Staff to a senior member of the U.S. House Financial Services Committee. His hands-on experience in Congress and deep understanding of the legislative process have made him a trusted voice in financial services policy circles.
A proud graduate of Indiana University, Kyle lives in Alexandria, Va., with his wife and two sons.
