James Mulholland joins CBA as a Policy Analyst with over 7 years of professional experience in public policy and financial services. Mr. Mulholland joins the CBA after supporting federal government agencies as a consultant focusing on process improvement, qualitative, and quantitative analysis. Prior to consulting, Mr. Mulholland supported local communities as an Assistant Vice President, Branch Manager for a large regional bank. Mr. Mulholland also worked for various trade associations, public representatives, and private companies supporting their legislative affairs and policy operations. Mr. Mulholland holds a Bachelors in both Economics and Government and Politics from the University of Maryland and a Master of Public Policy from American University.
