CBA Submits Letter to CFPB on Agency Strategic Plan for 2026-2030

The Consumer Bankers Association (CBA) submitted a comment to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) in response to the Bureau’s draft Strategic Plan for Fiscal Years 2026–2030, urging the agency to finalize a plan that is firmly grounded in the Dodd-Frank Act, focused on tangible consumer harm, and committed to evenhanded oversight across banks and nonbanks.
