September 18, 2015

Washington, D.C. (September 18, 2015) – Richard Hunt, President and CEO of the Consumer Bankers Association (CBA), issued the following statement on Financial Institutions and Consumer Credit Subcommittee Chairman Randy Neugebauer's (R-TX) decision not to seek re-election:

“Congressman Neugebauer’s commonsense approach is the perfect model in today’s polarizing environment.  He consistently tackles the tough issues reasonably and with poise and grace.  His leadership on behalf of consumers and our industry will be sorely missed.  We look forward to a productive last term,” said CBA’s President and CEO Richard Hunt.
